Event Participation and Code of Conduct Policy
Participation in the event, regardless of the registration category, is intended exclusively for access to the scientific, educational, and professional activities included in the official program. Please note that it is strictly prohibited to engage in any type of commercial activity, including, but not limited to:
– Selling, demonstrating, or promoting products, services, or equipment;
– Distributing brochures, business cards, samples, or promotional giveaways;
– Conducting marketing or advertising activities within the event premises, including the exhibition area.
Any participant found engaging in such activities will be subject to immediate action, including removal from the event and cancellation of their registration without entitlement to a refund, except in cases previously authorized by the event organizers.
The event organizers reserve the right to take any appropriate measures necessary to ensure compliance with these rules, in order to preserve the educational and professional purpose of the event, as well as our commitment to exhibitors and sponsors.
