It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to the 2026 São Paulo Congress of Urology, one of the most traditional and prestigious meetings in Brazilian Urology and one of the leading urological events on the international stage. Since its first edition in 1991, the CPU has established itself as a benchmark congress for urology in the state of São Paulo and throughout Brazil, and in 2026 we will proudly celebrate 35 years of this remarkable event.

CPU 2026 is being carefully designed to bring together and inspire urologists from diverse backgrounds and professional realities, uniting renowned experts, emerging leaders, and residents in an environment that fosters learning and the exchange of experiences. In a time of rapid transformation, the CPU continues to bridge knowledge and innovation, always with a strong focus on patient care. We are developing a comprehensive scientific program with direct applicability to daily clinical practice, incorporating the latest technological advances that are reshaping the specialty, while maintaining the scientific rigor that has become a hallmark of the São Paulo Congress of Urology. Another highlight of this edition is the support received from the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq), through research funding resources that will contribute to the operational costs of the event — an unprecedented milestone in the history of the CPU and an important institutional recognition of the scientific excellence of our Congress.

Beyond its scientific content, the CPU is also a unique opportunity for connection: a chance to reconnect with colleagues, establish new professional relationships, and share experiences in a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.
